Big Yellow Group PLC ("Big Yellow" or "Company") was notified on
31st March 2021, that Byways Investments Ltd, a company controlled
and owned by Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, and his family,
has entered into loan arrangements ("Loans") with J.P. Morgan Bank
Luxembourg S.A ("Bank") and granted pledges in favour of the Bank
over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") as
security in connection with the Loans.
Details are set out in the table below along with the Director's
or his family's beneficial interests, which remain unchanged.
