DIRECTORS' DEALINGS 
 
 
The Board of CBG Group plc ("the Company"), the Manchester based insurance 
broker and financial services specialist, announces that it was today informed 
that on the 15 January 2010 a number of Directors increased their beneficial 
shareholdings in the Company. 
 
 
Stuart Mollekin, one of the Company's Executive Directors, purchased a total of 
10,000 Ordinary Shares of 4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a 
price of 44.55 pence per share. 
 
 
Robin Slinger, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 
10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43.85 pence per share. 
 
 
The tables below sets out the total aggregate holdings and their interest in the
