CBG Group plc, the Manchester based insurance broker and financial services 
specialist, announces that it has today accepted the resignation of Stephen 
Darcy, its Insurance Broking Operations Director, with immediate effect. 
 
The Company does not currently have any plans to seek a replacement for Stephen; 
his day-to-day responsibilities remain with Mike Askew, the Company's Group 
Managing Director.
