DISCLOSABLE INTEREST

In  accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
(as  amended) Morley Fund Management Limited notified the
company  on  7 April 2000 that on behalf of  its  clients
which  include certain subsidiaries of CGU plc it  has  a
beneficial   interest   in   556,000   ordinary    shares
representing  4.07 per cent. of the issued share  capital
of the company.
