Cybit Holdings plc ("Cybit" or the "Company")

                               Trading Statement

The Company continues to build on its position as one of the fastest growing
Telematics Service Providers in the UK.

As companies increasingly recognise the strategic value offered by
telematics-based asset management solutions, Cybit is seeing increased revenues
from new business, repeat orders and a healthy pipeline of prospective users.

As indicated in the February trading update, a strong sales performance in the
second half of the financial year has translated into a better than expected
financial performance with full year revenues expected to be in the region of
#5m. This improved revenue performance has resulted in pre-tax losses narrowing
to approximately #0.79m, against market expectations of a #1,042m pre-tax loss.

The Board is pleased to report that trading during the first two months of the
current year is substantially ahead of the same period in the prior year.

The Company continues to investigate a number of potential acquisition
opportunities. This coupled with a strong financial performance, gives the Board
confidence in Cybit's continuing success.

Cybit will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2003 on
Monday 16 June 2003.
