Proposed cancellation of admission to trading

Following the announcement released by the Company on 29 January, 2018 and publication of the Company's annual financial report on 16 February, 2018, the Board of directors of the Company has resolved to cancel the admission of the Company's shares (ISIN GG00BD9GK654) to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

It is expected that the cancellation will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 3 April, 2018.
