   DRS Data and Research Services plc ('DRS' or the 'Group') 
 
   AGM Statement 
 
   The Group traded in line with expectations for the first 4 months of 
2015 and is on course to deliver a better performance in 2015 than 2014. 
 
   It was announced on 7 April 2015 that Sir David Brown and John Linwood 
will retire from the Board at the conclusion of today's AGM.  Sir David 
has served for nearly seven years, including six years as Chairman, and 
John has completed his term as a Non-Executive Director. The Board 
wishes to record its thanks to them for their services. 
 
   It was also stated that the process of selecting Sir David's successor 
was under way.   Pending completion of that process, and on an interim 
basis, Alison Reed, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as 
Chairman and Dame Sandra Dawson as Senior Independent Director with 
effect from the conclusion of the AGM.
