Issue of Employee Share Options

eServGlobal Limited (LSE: ESG) announces that it has issued 7,300,000 share options to certain key senior managers under the company's Share Option Plan.

The principal terms of those option grants are as follows:-

-- Exercise price of AU$0.65 per option

-- Exercisable over 3 years in equal annual instalments - 1/3 of the total number of options granted may be exercised on or after 10 February 2012, a further 1/3 may be exercised on or after 10 February 2013 and the remaining 1/3 may be exercised on or after 10 February 2014.

-- Expiry date of 10 February 2016

-- Other terms are in accordance with the company's Share Option Plan.

The issued share capital remains 196,847,706 ordinary shares, with the number of options (not listed) being 8,012,857.
