The Company was notified today that, following the purchase by City Equities
Limited of 7,619,048 new ordinary shares in the recent placing by the Company
(which was announced on 20 October 2005), representing 8.5% of the issued share
capital, City Equities has disposed of the shares to its clients and no longer
holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
