                   Issue of Shares to a subsidiary Director                    

First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), the acquisitive entertainment and
player representation group, is pleased to announce that it has issued 250,000
new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Shares") at par value to Mr. Claudio
Vigorelli, managing director of Promosport, the group's Milan office.

This issue is in recognition of the continued positive contribution being made
to the group by Mr. Vigorelli.

Application has today been made for the Shares to be admitted to AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on 29 December 2005.
