                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), the entertainment and
sports marketing group, announces that Jon Smith, the Chief Executive, notified
the Company on 27 February 2007 that members of his family (as defined in the
AIM rules) acquired 3,700 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the
Company ('Shares') at a price of 81.5 pence per share on 27 February 2007.

Following the above, Mr Smith and his family now hold 1,184,620 Shares, which
represent 9.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
