Board Changes



First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), the media, entertainment, and events
group, announces that following today's Annual General Meeting David Noble has
been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.  Tim Chadwick did not
seek re-election at the AGM and retires from the Board.  These changes are
effective immediately.


David Noble (52) has extensive experience of corporate finance and operations
across the global media sector.  From 1998 to 2007 he worked for 3i plc,
latterly as the Media Sector Partner, and in 2007 he co-founded QV Partners, a
business which provides consultancy services in all aspects of traditional and
digital media.



Commenting on the changes, Jarvis Astaire, Chairman of First Artist, said:



"We are delighted to welcome David Noble to the Board and believe he will be
able to make a very significant contribution to the Company.  I would also like
to express our thanks to Tim Chadwick for his contribution during his time in
office."


No further disclosures are required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
