                            Director's Shareholding


First Artist was informed today that Brian Baldock, Non-executive Chairman of
First Artist, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares")
in the Company yesterday at a price of 19p per share.

Accordingly, Brian Baldock is now interested in 150,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.28 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
