Notice of General Meeting to be held on 12 February 2010 at 4.00pm at the 
offices of Daniel Stewart & Company Plc, Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 
8DD. 
 
 
Pursuant to rule 26 the Notice of General Meeting will be available on the 
Company's website at www.firstartist.com/investor-notices.asp. 
 
 
A trading update will be issued by the Company on the morning of 12 February
