                                 Trading update


Jon Smith, Chief Executive, today commented as follows:

"We are pleased to announce that business in the Company's summer football
trading window was successful, and ahead of trading in summer 2003, with some
notable transfer deals within the UK and mainland Europe.

Our Milan office has enjoyed its most active trading period since the
acquisition of FIMO in December 2001.  In addition, our UK marketing services
department continues to expand, including the new corporate events division
launched in September 2004.

During the year ended October 2004, we restructured the cost base, closed the
Snooker Academy and the Geneva office and, before taking into account these
exceptional items, the Company traded profitably.  This represents a significant
turnaround from the period ended October 2003.

We continue to pursue our growth strategy, seeking acquisitions in related
sectors.

The Directors are also pleased to announce the appointment of Shore Capital and
Corporate Limited as the Company's nominated adviser and Shore Capital
Stockbrokers Limited as broker, with immediate effect."
