Notification of Director Holding

Fluormin plc (AIM: FLOR) was notified yesterday that Jeffrey Kofsky, a director of the Company, acquired 11,073 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Sallies scheme of arrangement (as previously announced on 19 December 2011).

Following the above transaction, Mr Kofsky holds a total of 18,073 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
