The Company was informed on 11 October 2004 that following the purchase of
Griffin Group Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") by Fincorp Investments Limited
("FIL"), FIL's total holding now amounts to 2,450,000 Shares, representing 6.20%
of the Company's issued share capital.
