Acquisition of Gothenburg Medical Center AB

GHP announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a 75 per cent. 
interest in Gothenburg Medical Center AB ("GMC"), a sports medicine clinic in 
Gothenburg.

Acquisition details

GHP is acquiring 75per cent. of GMC for an estimated maximum payment of
#0.74million in cash. In the 12 months to December 31, 2005, GMC had revenues of
#2.48 million and a loss after tax of #.065 million. Gross assets were #1.12
million. The remaining 25 per cent. will be held by GMC's management and
clinicians.  The transaction is expected to complete no later than September 29,
2006.

This acquisition was outlined in the Company's AIM admission document dated 25
July 2006 and fits into the Company's strategy to invest in specialised
healthcare services and to incentivise management and clinicians through equity
participation in their respective businesses.

GMC

GMC operates a sports medicine clinic located in Gothenburg that has, in
particular, among its range of surgery and rehabilitation operations, a strong
international reputation for its transplantation method for cartilage repair,
primarily for knee joints. The Directors believe that on completion of the
acquisition, the clinic's operating procedures can be enhanced to improve
patient flow and that the clinic can be developed to enable other service-lines
of GHP, such as spine surgery, to operate within its premises.

Commenting on the proposed acquisitions, Per Batelson, Chairman and Chief
Executive of GHP, said:

"This acquisition provides a very good opportunity for GHP to enter a new
service area within the domestic Swedish market. In partnership with GMC's
management and clinicians we can both develop GMC's business at the clinic and
additionally roll-out our existing GHP spine surgery business and potentially
other service-lines from this platform."
