disposal of 999,827 Ordinary Shares (date not specified), FMR Corp. and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd (Principal
Shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited) have a notifiable
interest in 4,726,800 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.68% of the Company's
issued Ordinary Share Capital.
