Transaction in Own Shares

 

Further to RNS number 3900M Hill & Smith PLC announces that on 29 April 2024, its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased an additional 24,636 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, at an average price of £19.081882 per share. This brings the total purchase to 75,000 and the order has now been satisfied in full.

All of the purchased shares will be used to satisfy the vesting of shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plans or Executive Share Option Scheme.

Following the purchase, the EBT holds 113,140 ordinary shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital as at today is 80,390,246 ordinary shares.
