2017 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

HSS released its annual results for the year ended 30 December 2017 on 5 April 2018. The Company now confirms that the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available for viewing at the Company's website (www.hsshiregroup.com) and are being mailed to shareholders shortly, together with the accompanying Form of Proxy.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday, 21 June 2018 at Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow, Pavilion Centre, Eastern Perimeter Road, Hatton Cross, Heathrow, TW6 2SQ.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and LR 9.6.3, copies of the above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSMv.
