Grant of Share Options
ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and
development company, announces the grant of share options as
follows.
The Remuneration Committee (comprising the Non Executive
Directors) has determined to award Share Options to the Executive
Directors with exercise prices and conditions which reflect the
underlying objective of restoring and enhancing shareholder value
as follows:
Tim McCarthy 1,800,000 share options (exercise price GBP0.05)
Tim McCarthy 1,800,000 share options (exercise price GBP0.11)
Tim Franklin 1,575,000 share options (exercise price GBP0.05)
Tim Franklin 1,575,000 share options (exercice price GBP0.11)
Vesting & Performance conditions:
-- 3 year vesting period; and
-- 1st patient dosed in the next P140 (Lupuzor(TM)) clinical trial.
