Mincorp was notified on 17 January 2007 that Coraledge Resources Limited 
("Coraledge") acquired an interest in 6,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence 
each in the capital of the Company on 16 January 2007.


As a result of the acquisition, Coraledge's total shareholding represents
approximately 5.19% in the issued share capital of Mincorp.
