PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 9 May 2019 that Ian Shaw and
Jacqueline Lunardi, persons discharging managerial responsibility
("PDMR"), are intending to participate in an award under the Moss
Bros Sharesave Plan 2012 (the "Plan").
Under the terms of the Plan, Ian Shaw will contribute GBP216 per
month and Jacqueline Lunardi will contribute GBP216 per month over
a three year period. As at 1st June 2022 the accumulated funds can
then be withdrawn from the Plan as cash or used to exercise options
over the Company's shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which
have been granted at 21.6 pence per share. Assuming full
participation in the Plan, Ian Shaw and Jacqueline Lunardi will
each have 36,000 options over the Company's Ordinary Shares.
As at today's date Ian Shaw and Jacqueline Lunardi do not hold
any Ordinary shares.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse
Regulation), detailed information about the grant of the options is
