September 2008 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL") acquired an interest in the Company's shares that resulted in MSSL holding a total
of 5,447,236 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.

    As at 23 September 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
