Ovidia announces that on 10 October 2007 it was informed that Antony Batty holds
1,150,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 7.2%
of the Company's issued share capital.


In addition, on 10 October 2007 the Company was notified that Cairns Investments
holds 3,895,044 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing
24.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
