Results of AGM

Promethean PLC (the "Company") today announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all of the proposed resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

All votes cast were in favour of the resolutions with no votes against.

As previously announced, the proposed resolution to delist the Company was withdrawn and not put to the meeting.
