New Directorate appointments and Directorate change.
The Company announces that Richard Charles Prosser (46) has been
appointed as CEO and David Wyn Binding (57) as a non-executive
Director with immediate effect. At the same time Daniel French, the
Company's FD has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. As
announced at the time, Mr French's role was only part time and the
FD duties will be assumed within the current management team.
Richard Prosser joined RAM Vision as Commercial Director in
August 2010. Having trained as a management accountant, Richard has
worked in a number of finance positions across a broad range of
industry sectors, including retail, leisure, manufacturing and oil
and gas. In 1998 he was appointed Finance Director of EMI Music
Services and continued to work within the EMI Group for the next
four years. In 2000, Richard was appointed Commercial Director for
EMI Music Operations and at the same time held dual responsibility
as Director for the EMI Recorded Music Supply Team for Virgin and
EMI. He continued in these roles for two years, during which he was
also assigned commercial responsibility for Digital Assets
Management projects in Los Angeles and New York on behalf of EMI
North America. In 2002 he established Workflow UK Limited where he
worked as Managing Director for 8 years, with an exclusive
contractual remit to manage and supply third party clients on
behalf of EMI Recorded Music.

David Binding is a Barrister at Law (Middle Temple). After
various appointments including CEO of Artlaw, a charitable
organisation offering advice to artists, educational services and
art institutions, David joined Saatchi & Saatchi Group plc as
Group Secretary and General Counsel where he was responsible for
corporate and listing compliance in a global leader that had
listings on the London, New York, and Tokyo Exchanges. He had
significant involvement in acquisitions, rights issues,
recapitalizations and other strategic corporate projects.
In March 1994 he joined Legal & General Group plc as Group
Secretary and remained in position until 2005. At L&G he was
responsible for Group Secretary's Department in this FTSE100
Financial Services and Investment Group. He led compliance with
corporate law, listing and best corporate governance practice. He
was a member of the senior corporate team delivering on strategic
corporate projects including rights issues, revaluation of Life
Fund, disposals and acquisitions. David was adviser and assistant
to the Chairman and the Non-Executive Directors on the board
matters such as appraisal, succession, independence, conflicts,
reporting, regulation and major disputes.
David then took on the role of director of Lambton Invest Ltd.
where he was from September 2005 until December 2008. Lambton
Invest Ltd. i an adviser to a network of Central European companies
dealing with major environmental projects . He is currently a
Director of Lyntell Corporate Management Ltd which he founded.
