Result of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed without amendment.

The 85,656,994 new ordinary shares being issued will be admitted to trading on AIM on 10 August 2012 following which the Company will have 234,156,994 ordinary shares in issue.
