Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) (the "Company"), a global supplier
of bonding solutions and manufacturer of adhesive-based products
for the Healthcare and Industrial markets, announces that it was
notified on 28 November 2017 that Lawrence Pentz, Group Chairman of
the Company, purchased 10,000 shares in the Company at a price of
479.60 pence per share.
