Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces that it was notified on 31 July 2023 that Rob Neale, CEO, purchased in total 200,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggerate price of 11.6161 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the transaction, Rob Neale and his closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 784,954 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
