Shaftesbury PLC (the "Company") announces that Chris Ward was
granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each
under the Company's Sharesave Scheme on 9 July 2020, as detailed in
the table below:

The options were granted at GBP4.71 per share representing a 20%
discount to the closing mid-market share price of the Company's
shares for the five days prior to the invitation date (19 June

months, commencing on the dates listed above. No consideration was
paid for the grant of these options.
