    Notification of Interest


    The Company was today notified that the Michael Milbourn pension scheme, of which Michael Milbourn is a trustee, has disposed 454,545
ordinary shares of 0.001 pence ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.  Mr. Milbourn now has a beneficial interest in 2,874,807 Ordinary Shares
(representing 12.6% of the Company's issued share capital).
