In addition, the announcement made by the Company dated 27 January 2017 correctly stated that Chris Goss, Director of the Company, purchased 300,000 shares. However, an error included in the PDMR form (included as an appendix to the announcement) incorrectly stated the purchase of 300,000 shares at 4.1 pence per share, and 50,000 shares at 4.19 pence per share. The Company clarifies that 250,000 of these shares were purchased at a price of 4.1 pence per share, with the remaining 50,000 at a price of 4.19 pence per share.
