TMT Investments Plc (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, is pleased to announce that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

It is noted that Andrea Nastaj and Yuri Mostovoy have been reappointed as directors by the Board and their next reappointments as directors will be put to shareholders by resolution at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
