Vocalis Agreement with AFD Software Ltd
Vocalis Group plc ("Vocalis"), the International speech technology Group,
today announces a joint development agreement with AFD Software Ltd, a leading
supplier of address list management solutions, to offer Call Centre Solutions.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the two companies will share each other's
technology, and Vocalis will include AFD listing and address management
offerings within its Intelligent Query Engine ("IQe") call centre solution
portfolio.

The Vocalis IQe offers significant cost and efficiency benefits to call centre
operations. Using Advanced Speech Recognition (ASR) the Vocalis IQe automates
routine tasks, such as postcode or account number recognition, often
fundamental elements in allowing call centres to identify their customers.
