MAIN FACTS:

-Hill, has worked in senior finance positions in TUI Travel Plc (TT.LN)since 2004 including his most recent role as Director of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions.

-Jonathan will take up his position on Aug. 23.

-Shares at 1133 GMT down 6.40 pence, or 1.81%, at 347.80 pence.
