XPS announces that, on 28 August 2019, Paul Cuff, Chief Executive Officer and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") transferred ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from a nominee account to Mr Cuff. The beneficial ownership of the shares remained the same.
