The board of directors of the Company announce that Peter Shea, non-executive 
director, has stepped down from his position on the board, with immediate 
effect, to pursue his other business commitments at Daniel Stewart. 
 
 
Peter Jay, Chairman, commented, "The board would like to thank Peter for his 
contribution to the development of the Company and his assistance in the reverse 
takeover of YCO S.A.M. in May 2008. We wish him all the best in his future
