Decision of the Central Quotation Table  (CeTO)



Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. informs that on 22nd of
December, 2003 it has received a resolution no. 145/03 of 19th of December, 2003
of Central Quotation Table to introduce to the trading on CeTO market 2,000,000
(two million) II Programme Series D Ordinary Bearer Bonds of Bank Polska Kasa
Opieki S.A. with nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred) each and to give them a
symbol "PEK2P04". The resolution of CeTO will become effective under a condition
that the National Depository for Securities (KDPW S.A.) will take up the above
mentioned bonds. The first day of trading is set on 5th of January, 2004. The
last day of trading is set on 10th of November, 2004.



The resolution is in force from the day of its adoption.
