Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement on 7 July 2003 regarding the proposed reconstruction
of the Company, the Directors have today declared an interim dividend in respect
of the six month period ended 30 June 2003 of 4.60p per Ordinary Share, payable
on 29 July 2003 to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18
July 2003. The dividend includes the net revenue for the financial period
together with the accumulated revenue reserves of the Company less the costs of
the proposed reconstruction.
