Russian Ruble Falls To 9-day Low Against US Dollar

The Russian ruble declined to a 9-day low of 31.5380 against the
US dollar at 2:50 am ET Wednesday. The next downside target level
for the Russian currency is seen around 31.88. The dollar-ruble
pair closed yesterday's deals at 31.0640
