US Dollar Falls From Early Highs Versus South African Rand

After edging up in early morning session, the US currency traded
lower against the South African rand during North American
afternoon deals on Monday. The greenback dropped to 6.8350 versus
the rand at around 2:00 pm ET from previous session's high of
6.8975. The dollar-rand pair was worth 6.8400 at last week's close.
Currently, the pair is trading at 6.8578.
