Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 28, 2021, Michael Wang resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Summit Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) due to his professional employment requirements.

 

Dr. Wang’s resignation from the Board was not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
