Syneos Health Leaders Honored by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association

today announced that Amy J. France, Vice President, Finance and
Kellie Malloy, Executive Vice President, Clinical Solutions will be
honored by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA). The
honorees will be recognized today at the annual HBA Women of the
Year (WOTY) award luncheon in New York City for their dedication
and contributions to the healthcare industry.

HBA is a global nonprofit organization comprised
of individuals and organizations from across the healthcare
industry committed to furthering the advancement and impact of
women in the business of healthcare. Each year the organization
celebrates women leaders across the life sciences industry through
their “Luminary” and “Rising Star” award program at the WOTY
luncheon.
Syneos Health leaders will be recognized this
year in both the Luminary and Rising Star categories.
- Luminary: The Luminary award distinction recognizes women with
more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry who
serve as role models in their companies, actively mentor and
support others careers and serve as examples of transformational
leadership.Kellie Malloy, Executive Vice President,
Clinical Solutions: Kellie’s leadership, focus on quality
and clinical trial expertise has allowed her to drive significant
growth with her key customers. Her approach and methodologies for
operationalizing studies have been recognized as a model for CRO
delivery. Kellie has also infused her life-long passion for
volunteering into her leadership efforts, sparking many Syneos
Health community activities with New Jersey-based charities.
- Rising Star: The Rising Star recognition honors women in the
first 15 to 20 years of their professional careers who contribute
significantly to their organization, exemplify leadership and serve
as an example of top talent.Amy J. France, Vice President,
Finance: Amy plays a pivotal role in high-profile
accounting functions. During her tenure, she has spearheaded the
adoption of controls in two of the most complex areas of accounting
– revenue recognition and business technology systems. Most
recently she worked to establish a new revenue standard and
helped to bring together the two existing standards from INC
Research and inVentiv Health prior to the Company’s merger.

importance of women’s leadership in the life sciences industry, the
Syneos Health Communications office in London is hosting a live
feed of the WOTY luncheon, followed by a panel discussion focused
on leveraging cross-sector experience to transform life
sciences.
