Visteon Appoints Henry S. Martin Jr. Associate Director, Supplier

Henry S. Martin Jr. to associate director, supplier diversity

position, Martin will be responsible for managing the growth and
development of Visteon's diverse supply base, including minority
business enterprises (MBEs) and women-owned enterprises, to meet
the company's goal to increase diversity spending significantly
within the next five years. Martin also will oversee the annual
alignment of supplier goals with Visteon's customer business goals
and diversity council initiatives. He will be based in Plymouth,
Michigan. "We are pleased to welcome Henry to this new role," said

management. "Developing a diverse supply base and maintaining
strong relationships with the supplier diversity community are
important elements in Visteon's overall purchasing process. These

global diversity, corporate citizenship and financial strength."
Martin most recently served as commodity purchasing manager,
non-metals commodity sourcing and electrical commodity sourcing for
Visteon. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the auto
industry to this new role. Martin holds a bachelor's degree in
business from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University
School of Business and Industry and a master's degree in management
and supervision from Central Michigan University. Visteon
