Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Oct, 28, 2024. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 18, 2024, will receive $0.65 per share, payable Dec. 1, 2024.

The company also confirms that it will release its 2024 third quarter earnings after the market closes Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024, and will host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024, to discuss the company’s financial results.
