Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (NYSE: ETE) and Energy
Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) today announced they have
filed their respective annual reports on Form 10-K for the year
ended December 31, 2016 with the Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC).
ETE and ETP make available on their
website, www.energytransfer.com, annual reports on Form 10-K,
quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, current reports on Form 8-K, and
other information filed with or furnished to the SEC. ETP and ETE
also will provide any unitholder with a printed copy of their
respective annual report on Form 10-K, which includes audited
