Nuveen today announced that the Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund (NYSE: NNY) has declared a post-reorganization distribution. The distributions follow the pre-reorganization distribution, announced on March 30, 2021.

As previously indicated in the announcement of the pre-reorganization distribution declared March 30, 2021, payable May 3, 2021, NNY is declaring an additional distribution, payable May 3, 2021, to ensure that the total dollar amount of the pre- and post-reorganization distributions received on May 3, 2021 will be equal to or greater than the prior monthly distributions of each of NYV and NNY.
