Lucara Diamond Corp. ("Lucara" or the "Company") reports the
following in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments
Trading Act:
On December 31, 2024, the Company
issued 675,000 common shares in accordance with its debenture as
described in the Company's news release from November 15, 2023 (link to news release). The
number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company has thus
increased to 451,848,948 common shares with voting rights as at
December 31, 2024.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore
451,848,948. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their
interest in, the Company under the Swedish Financial Instruments
Trading Act on disclosure of major shareholdings (Transparency
Rules).
